Operating Support and Housing Development

Grant funds are awarded to support Community Development Corporations (CDCS) and Community Housing Development Organizations (CDHOs) in developing new, improved and/or modified affordable housing units targeted to low and moderate income households. Our goal is to help CDCs gain, improve, and maintain necessary capacity to be sustainable and to successfully revitalize communities. The submission deadline is Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.
